Adjectives ending in -ed and -ing B

There are many pairs of adjectives ending in -ed and -ing
Someone is -ed if something or someone is -ing.

For example:

I was shocked by a cartoon in the newspaper – it was really shocking.
I saw a horrifying article in the newspaper. I was really horrified by what it said.
My job is tiring. I am often tired by the time I get home from work.
He was astonished to see so many people at the cinema. It was astonishing that so many people had disregarded the bad rviews..
She was embarrassed at how badly she had interviewed. It was extremely embarrassing for her watching a recording of her interview afterwards.
