Grammar, punctuation and spelling:
Notice that and those used as demonstrative pronouns, meaning ‘the one’ or ‘the ones’ – that of / those of their competitors – i.e. the company / companies of their competitors.
Did you separate the nouns with commas in the list? name, sign, symbol, image, design, or a combination of these,
potential customers’ decision-making – here customers needs an apostrophe because it means the decision-making of customers.
