I thought email was supposed to help communication, but I guess people are still people and anything which relies on human input still retains all the problems associated with human nature!!

Here’s a typical scenario, a meeting is required – all participants are emailed for their availabilty – two times are chosen Wednesday p.m. or Thursday a.m. – a second email is circulated – nobody replies. On Wednesday morning 3 people turn up for the ‘meeting’ doh….
The others are elsewhere (including in other cities!!). Some had Wednesday p.m. down and some had Thursday a.m.
