  2. I have been given your name by Joseph Dutton at SMS Utilities Ltd.
  3. I understand you ran a highly successful email campaign for them recently.
  4. We are planning an email campaign in the near future and Joe suggested that you might be able to help us.
  5. I’d like to arrange a meeting to discuss this.
  6. Is there any possibility of meeting soon?
  7. I am happy to meet at your offices.
  8. I am out of the country next Monday and Tuesday but will be in the office on Wednesday 19th March.
  9. Perhaps you could call me then to discuss a suitable time to meet.
