Hard times push Brits to bartering

More people are joining local bartering communities in recession-hit Britain, allowing them to trade goods and services without spending cash.

The Kutlets exchange in the London Borough of Kingston has seen membership almost double in the past few months, as hard-pressed consumers try to new approach.
