Oct. 17 – The Financial Services Authority warns of more regulations and a new class of regulators who will ask tougher questions about the health of financial institutions.
But RBC Capital Markets analyst, Russel Jones, warns of over-regulation as – as he puts it – desperate politicians look for scapegoats – one of which being hedge funds.
