Setting an agenda for a meeting – answers and notes
A For having interrupted / for interrupting / for breaking off what (s)he was doing.
B It needs ‘drawing up’ / to be drawn up = i.e. organised / put together
C She said she was ‘due at the Civic Centre at 2′. I am due at work = it is time I was at work.
D Because this means meetings cannot be held in Room 206, so people will have to make alternative arrangements to fit in with this.
E Actually = in fact – this indicates she is correcting a point.
Eg "There are two others coming with us – no, actually, there are three."
F ‘with X being (away in Sweden)…..
G To 1) take minutes of the meeting as usual, 2) write up the minutes 3) distribute them within 48 hours of the meeting, and send (get) the agenda out to staff before going home this evening

"When is your plane due?" = "At what time is your ‘plane scheduled / supposed to arrive?"
accordingly – in a suitable way
eg If the concert has already begun, please enter accordingly – i.e. enter the hall quietly.
We’re up to = we are as far as – eg "Where are you up to in your book?" "I’m up to Chapter 8."
To jot sth down – phrasal verb – to write something quickly on a piece of paper so that you remember it
