Some vocabulary you will meet in the video
tackle – to deal with something, often a difficult problem that you have to manage
referee – someone who stops or helps settle disagreements
impartial – someone who is not allied to a particular side or party in a discussion, they are independent
to rope in – to bring people in to a situation to help
hierarchy – a situation or structure where some people are more important than others
u-shape – a seating arrangement which looks like the letter ‘u’
to drift in – arrive slowly in ones and twos, not on time
to bunk off – stay away from a meeting without permission
enforced – something which is imposed from outside, a rule
cut-off-point – a point at which something must stop
dithering – unable to make a decision
ice-breakers – short activities to help people get to know one another
taxidermy – the art of stuffing dead animals to preserve them
pesky – annoying
on-task – keep focused on the task/job being done, not to get distracted
old moaner – somebody who always complains
