Table manners and etiquette

Take a look at this video about etiquette at the table. This demonstrates very formal manners, but you will find that, in general, most British people will conform to the majority of these manners when at the table. Of course, the more grand and formal the dinner, the greater the need to adhere more rigidly to table etiquette.
