Dec 12 – The British Library is working with Microsoft to digitise 100,000 books printed during the 19th century.

The UK’s national library hopes to breathe new life into out-of-copyright literary works when the scanned pages are made available via the British Library’s website and MSN’s search portal early in 2008.
