Toshiba targets iPhone with TG01

Feb 3 – The Japanese electronics company hopes to carve out a larger share of the European mobile market with its slim new device that runs on Windows mobile.

The Toshiba TG01 is billed as a ‘super-slim, highly-powered, multimedia-focused mobile device’ that builds on the company’s expertise in LCD and mobile technology with help from partners Microsoft and Qualcomm.
