I see trees of green, red roses too ¹,
I see ’em ² bloom for me and for you
And I think to myself what a wonderful ³ world.

I see skies of blue, clouds ⁴ of white
Bright blessed days, dark ⁵ sacred ⁶ nights
And I think to myself ⁷ …..what a wonderful world.

The colours of a rainbow ^8.….so pretty in the sky ⁹
Are also on the ……………………………. faces ¹⁰ of people .. going by
I see friends shaking hands…..sayin(g).. "how do you do?"
They’re really sayin(g) …… "I love you."

I hear ¹¹ babies cry…… I watch them grow ¹²

They’ll ¹³ learn much more than ¹⁴ I’ll ever know ¹⁵
And I think to myself …..what a wonderful world!

for me and for you – the correct grammar for this would be ‘for you and for me’, or ‘for you and me’, omitting the second ‘for’. The rhyme dictates this incorrect order.
they’re gonna learn – they’re going to learn
Did you get the apostrophes in ‘they’ll’ ‘I’ll’ and ‘they’re’, being short for ‘they will’, ‘I will’, and ‘they are’?

Did you notice that we say ‘in the sky’, and ‘on their faces (plural)’?

You didn’t have any hestitation in putting ‘too‘ meaning ‘also’, did you?
